Climate Change...new rules?

The world of wine that interests me, has nothing to do with large corporations, such as "Torres" or "Freixenet", nor with the "politics" that is mixed in the large congresses on "Climate Change" and much even less with so-called "prescribers" who choose very bad wines to show in a wine tasting the "global warming" (bad and unrepresentative wines, with or without climate change) ...

The world of wine that interests me is to see how true winemakers and vinegrowers, attached to their land and trying to interpret their terroir for generations (in the best cases), are facing this problem ... 

They are usually small, they are usually authentic and, above all, they usually make wonderful wines

 ... they also speaking less and "loving" more ...


Times of change... Canada in a very good position...we'll see...who knows...
