Wines of a Canadian from Spain

A good wine should transport us to the landscape from which it comes, but that’s why we need an interpreter, an author who can read that score that each year gives his vineyard. Transmit and share all that human history, all that legacy, is and should be my work in the land that saw me born, Canada. I will be tremendously happy if I get, even just a little bit, to share with you that piece of sun, salt and life that it is Spain ... and its wines.
